Your IJO Diamond purchase has a 30-Day Money back guarantee, which starts the date of sale. For purchases picked up in person, returns must be made to the local Master IJO Jeweler store from where your purchase came from.
If the item is shipped to you directly, you can:
-return it to the Master IJO Jeweler in person or
-you can "ship" it back, by first notifying the store prior to shipping, ensuring it is post marked it by the 30th day, insuring it for the proper value and including all the original paperwork that was enclosed in the original package.
